"Our Pilates studio in San Diego, is specialized in Pilates Reformer group classes. You will be using the Reformer Pilates Machine during the entire Pilates Session. It's a great value, since the group Pilates classses are more affordable then a private Pilates session, yet you will have plenty of attention since the number of students is limited to only 6 per class. Great diference in quality when compared to other places that charges about the same but have many more machines.

"Sisters Yoga is Fresno's first all-female yoga studio. Unlike traditional yoga studios, Sisters focuses on a happier, looser, less traditional form of yoga which includes music that runs from R&B to pop to World. Instructors also incorporate props such as blocks and straps to help students attain correct alignment regardless of their skill level. Classes range from Happy Hour yoga which is more of a "workout", to "Chill Out" which is restorative, gentle yoga. A Pilates mat class, and "Yo-God!" which is Christian-based, free to the community and half of donations go to the Marjaree Mason Center. Sisters Yoga also holds many monthly, dance workout workshops.
