Lakewood Center is located in the heart of the city of Lakewood at the intersection of Del Amo and Lakewood Boulevards. JCPenney, Macy’s, Mervyn’s, Robinsons-May and TARGET anchor Lakewood Center. TARGET opened on October 12, 2003. An expansion in 2000-2001 brought about over 300,000 square feet of new stores, a food court and a Macy’s and Mervyn’s store. In addition to the enclosed mall, there are numerous destination big box retailers, restaurants, and two Pacific Movie Theatres. Southglenn Mall is a 936,000 square foot, enclosed regional shopping center located in Centennial, CO. It is conveniently located at the corner of Arapahoe Road and South University Boulevard.

The mall as of 2007[update] is going through an extensive renovation that has moved the old 10 screen theater to a replacement Cinemark 16 screen "stadium style seating" theater in the north ring road area on Avenue O-8. Flatiron Crossing Mall is a shopping mall owned by Macerich Property Group in Broomfield, Colorado. It has many shops, including Abercrombie and Fitch, Hollister, American Eagle, Apple, Dicks Sporting Goods, and Aeropostale. It also has a large food court and outdoor shopping center. It has a sandbox and play area for children, and many hang-out spots for teens and young adults. It also includes many kiosks outside of the shops that have a variety of items to buy. The mall includes several water features outside; one a 30 foot natural waterfall and a smaller pond feature outside the food court.
The FlatIron Crossing mall is one of three shopping venues in the FlatIron Improvement District, which operates the free Zip Shopping Shuttle. In the Central /Northwest, just off of #17, which runs North-South through the center of Phoenix, it now has its own Metro Parkway which encircles the more than 200 stores, Harness Movie Theatre, Lunar Golf (a miniature indoor golf court, a full Children’s safe play area, restaurants galore and even an open mic night at the Phoenix Conservatory of Music. This Phoenix Shopping Center has become so popular that even the Metro Library has built a thriving location on the Metro Parkway.

Kahala Mall is home to a number of nationally and internationally recognized businesses, including Whole Foods Market, Apple Store, Macy's, Barnes & Noble, Starbucks, Jamba Juice, Radio Shack, Chili's and California Pizza Kitchen.
Local merchants and a number of independently-owned shops and restaurants can also be found within the mall perimeter. An eight-screen Consolidated Theatres movie theater is nestled into one corner of the mall. Waialae Bowl, the only bowling center within several miles of the neighborhood, was somewhat interestingly built into a McDonald's, at the corner opposite the movie theater. Unfortunately, it has since closed down (not related to the flood, however.)
The movie theater in this mall was closed in March 2006. It has since reopened. The closing occurred as a result of flooding from heavy rains. The flood broke a hole through the wall of the theater and flowed into the mall, and parts of the ground floor had 3-6 inches of rain water. Many shops suffered substantially; some never reopened.
