Its address is 32100 Las Vegas Boulevard South, just off Interstate 15 at the California state line, some 40 miles (64 km) southwest of Las Vegas. The mall has more than 100 stores and restaurants including Versace, Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store, and Last Call from Neiman Marcus.
A shuttle bus runs between the mall and Las Vegas.
The mall is divided into two themed courts; The Urban Court and the South Beach Court, and is closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas. The Fashion Outlets are connected to the Primm Valley Resort, and the Ford car in which Bonnie and Clyde were killed is on display between the mall and the resort's casino.

The center boasts one of the highest sales-per-square-foot in the state of Hawaii and includes Louis Vuitton, Coach (opening Summer 2006), Tiffany & Co. (opening Fall 2006), Roy’s Waikoloa Bar & Grill, Big Island Steakhouse, Macy’s and DFS Galleria (featuring boutiques such as Bulgari, Burberry and Ferragamo). An expansion project will soon be launched adding 25,000 square feet of upscale retail shops.

Local merchants and a number of independently-owned shops and restaurants can also be found within the mall perimeter. An eight-screen Consolidated Theatres movie theater is nestled into one corner of the mall. Waialae Bowl, the only bowling center within several miles of the neighborhood, was somewhat interestingly built into a McDonald's, at the corner opposite the movie theater. Unfortunately, it has since closed down (not related to the flood, however.)
The movie theater in this mall was closed in March 2006. It has since reopened. The closing occurred as a result of flooding from heavy rains. The flood broke a hole through the wall of the theater and flowed into the mall, and parts of the ground floor had 3-6 inches of rain water. Many shops suffered substantially; some never reopened. El Paseo Gardens is mall located in Palm Desert's upscale El Paseo shopping district. The mall features forty-two stores, five restaurants, as well as a public square at the shopping mall's street front. Considered the first successful adaptive re-use project in the country, was originally a chocolate factory established by Domenico “Domingo” Ghirardelli. The chocolate manufacturing operation was sold and transferred to San Leandro in the 1960s. Unique shops and restaurants were created within the old factory combining the latest in retailing and fine cuisine with the flavor of old San Francisco. The restoration project officially opened on November 29, 1964.
Today, Ghirardelli Square delights visitors with its lively retail mix, while maintaining Ghirardelli’s tradition as a trendsetter for the rest of the world. It continues to serve as a model for restoration complexes throughout the country such as Faneuil Hall Marketplace in Boston and Baltimore’s Harborplace.
